Privacy notice

How Risk Recce handles website enquiries. Updated 2 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Risk Recce is the trading name of Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP) МАКЛЕОД КРІСТОФЕР. The proprietor is responsible for personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email info@riskrecce.com.

Information you provide

An enquiry includes your name, email address, message and any organisation or timing details you choose to provide. Correspondence also includes information you send by email. Contact details and a description of your requirement are needed to respond. Keep initial enquiries general. Do not include passport copies, medical details, staff lists or sensitive operational information. A suitable way to exchange further information can be agreed if needed.

How information is used

Risk Recce uses your information to respond, understand your requirements, discuss possible work and prepare proposals. The grounds for processing are taking steps towards an assignment at your request and the legitimate interests of handling business enquiries. Information may also be needed to meet legal obligations or deal with a dispute. Only the proprietor handles enquiries within Risk Recce. Enquiries are not used for marketing mailings.

Website and email providers

Framer hosts this website and processes its forms. Email services are supplied through GoDaddy. These providers and their service providers process information to deliver and protect their services, including spam prevention. Framer’s built-in analytics measures visits, referral sources and estimated country and device information without analytics cookies. Processing may take place outside Ukraine under the providers’ applicable data-processing terms. Email info@riskrecce.com for further information.

How long information is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted from working records within 12 months of the last substantive contact, or sooner when no longer needed. Records needed for an assignment, legal obligation or dispute are retained separately for as long as that purpose requires.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, request access, seek correction or deletion where applicable, and object to processing. Email info@riskrecce.com. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or seek a remedy through the courts.
